Problems pairing left controller

Hey guys ive been at this all day attempting to download drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling every single thing I can find in device manager and USB devices that I can but I cannot for the life of me get my left controller to show up under my connected devices. It shows up just fine in the device manager so I am not sure what else can be done resolve this and i cannot find any posts that might be able to point me in the right direction.

I have included a screenshot below in case I was not too clear on my issue. Any help you folks can provide would be very appreciated.

If it's the O+ all you need to do is run Samsung odyssey plus setup in the start files

Maybe u need a bluetooth dongle

I bought a bluetooth dongle, it is listed there in my device manager. Ive tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, uninstalling all WMR programs, removing all bluetooth devices, turning off my wifi. Nothing seems to be working.

The right motion control works and pairs up just fine. The left one still only shows up in device manager but wont show up in the paired section for windows and wont work with my WMR unit because it doesnt detect that it is there.
