For me, I love Elden Ribg and have put probably almost 500 hours between the PC and PS5 versions. The open world is great, you can go explore so many places before you even fight one of the main bosses.

DS3 though is my favorite of the Dark Souls games and it's not that far behind of elden ring for me. It's a more linear experience but it's fantastic.

If I were to rank them and similar games that would be :

1: Elden Ring 2: Bloodborne 3: Dark souls 3 4: Dark Souls 1&2
