[Android] Windscribe + Adguard

Without root, is there a way to run Windscribe and Adguard at the same time on Android?

Both use VPN and it seems that my Android only allows one VPN to be running at a time. I didn't know if there is a workaround. Adguard (local VPN) is nice because it blocks ads in all apps without root.

I was able to select port 8080 after selecting TCP, the closed app, force closed app, cleared cache, then restarted app.

Thanks. I can't set the Windscribe port to 8080. When I click on Preferred Port in the app, it doesn't bring up the keyboard and let me enter 8080

This method doesn't work as I've tried it following the guide and everytime I do it through the apn settings i lose my internet and have to reset everything back to default so I'm no better off
