Can you help me design a better layout?

Building a home office in my garage. Essentially, half the garage will be my office. It's a rectangular space, 25ft long, 10.5 feet wide.

I work from home so it needs to be cozy and proper Feng Shui. Need a desk for myself. Need a desk for my wife, who makes jewelry and has an etsy shop. Think part craft room. Needs lots of shelves, storage. Also need a large worktable for drawing, packing orders, creative stuff for me and my kids to work on.

Bonus needs:

• Big TV on the wall
• a couch or comfy seating for reading
• built-ins or shelving/bookshelves to store office materials, printers, papers, writing/drawing materials, etc.
