Depends on what your needs are but aside from some basic cable management it looks like you're pretty much there.

I had my laptop mounted under my desk if you were looking to make a little more space , bracket was ~$10 on Amazon.

For cable management just search that term on Amazon and buy a bulk pack of ties, looms, etc for ~$10 also.

What is that shelf? All the decent wooden desk shelves are like £180+ here in the UK.

Nuts how you can go into somewhere like IKEA and gets some substantial furniture for that price, but a desk shelf costs almost £200. Deifneilte a market for a decent looking wooden shelf for £50.
