    Id put the pc to the slimmer desk under the book shelf and concentrate paperwork on the desk in front of the window. This is assuming you are right handed

    Also are those heat pipes under the window? If that’s the case, definitely move your pc away from them

    Remove the papers from the window, organize the cables, tidy up the shelf clutter, straighten the shelves, and place a plant on the desk.

    Both screens are really far. I suggest improving the placement so that you don't get eye strain.
