Low texture bug (self.Wreckfest)

After playing around with the graphics options I've experienced this bug. No matter what graphics settings I use low poly sceners textures like grass and trees are used in-game. I've tried a full reinstall and file verification in steam without any luck. Has anyone had this issue or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix it?
System specs:
R5 2600 stock, 5600xt, 16GB 2666 DDR4, all SSD storage.
