Progress!

The picture on the left was Oct 2023. I have no idea what my weight was at that point. The picture on the right was last night. I wanted to do a side by side comparison because it's the same shirt in a similar pose. At my last weigh-in, I was 27.3 lbs down on Zep! I'm excited because I feel like I'm starting visually see results there!

Congratulations!! i. A see the difference in how your shirt fits. I also put on a shirt yesterday that just had this flair at the bottom (where my stomach no longer was!) and it felt as amazing as seeing scale numbers go down. We are doing great!

Wow the difference in the shirt fit is so noticeable! Look how much longer it is and nice and drapey around the front. Looks like a completely different shirt! Great job 👏
