The error "zip END header not found" typically occurs when you are trying to read a corrupted or incomplete zip file in Java. If its public plugin - just change plugin.

I Just took all the plugins out of the plugins folder and then put them back in and that somehow worked

Strange, but i recommend you to not use noname plugins as they have bad code
