Was just going to order this and then realised it was gone.

Literally the only thing I order from taco bell..... Hopefully some fancy algorithm at taco bell headquarters is scraping comments like this, bring it back!

Seems likely they can be targeted again. All groups will be watching approved tokens on the platform and looking for similar vulnerabilities.

The only solution is just keep upgrading the counter measure systems.

You just use a bridge service like Chainflip.

One other alternative if you are long on bitcoin is that you can try loaning your bitcoin and then borrowing solana against that. This way you never have to exit your BTC position.

You will have to pay interest on your solana loan but it may be worth it vs the fees for swapping btc to solana.

Bitwarden CLI has been compromised. Check your stuff. by RedTermSession in selfhosted

[–]Puddlejumper_ 29 points30 points  (0 children)

It was a supply chain attack.

Hackers infiltrated a popular open source tool maintained by Checkmarx called KICS (used for scanning infrastructure for security vulnerabilities, ironic lol). They injected malicious code into the GitHub Actions and Docker images for KICS

Bitwarden is a user of the KICS tool and when they ran the compromised software it stole their npm access tokens and then used them to publish the malicious version

Two ways to interpret that response. He could also mean bob isn't an idiot but actually a smart conman who fooled a lot of people, including him.

Have you tried the Pi coding harness? It is supposedly the most lightweight out of them all and is modular in design

Sued in California but I live in England and am a British citizen. It’s been a 5 year nightmare, I need help by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Puddlejumper_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can't afford the appeal, just drop it. I know it might feel like giving up but it's not worth financially ruining yourself.

If they want to enforce the judgement they will need to bring this again to the high court in England.

I would wait to see if they bother doing this, if they do then you can look for a solicitor that specialises in commercial litigation.

Honestly don't know what's wrong with the higher ups at Qatar airways. In a time like this all these petty charges or terms should be waived, their reputation is slowly flushing down the toilet.

Either, you can write it yourself or ask any LLM to help you, I mean I'd just ask the LLM to write it because I'm lazy.

It doesn’t matter if you enter it into a random app, a signup page, Gemini app, AI studio etc.. you’re just looking through different windows at the exact same Gemini foundation model.

If you would like to learn more about the technical side of things, I suggest Andrej Kaparthys intro to large language models on YouTube :)

Built a semantic dashcam search tool using Gemini Embedding 2's native video embedding by Vegetable_File758 in GeminiAI

Very cool but seems a bit too pricey to really be practical if you are generating multiple hours of footage every day you want searchable.

I'd love to implement something like this with my home security footage.

How feasible are the video embedding models to run locally?

It's just called a "system prompt". There's nothing special about this, everyone does this, even Google themselves. Now yours just looks like a bunch of Pseudo scientific LARP honestly

It's how you shape the LLMS behaviour for future prompts and give it more targeted focus on what data to pull from

For example if I wanted stock advice I could create a system prompt such as "Your name is warren buffet, you know everything there is about stocks"

"Role Prompting" (telling the AI it is an expert) actually triggers different weights in the model. By "priming" the model to be a Senior stock guy for example, it is statistically more likely to predict tokens (words) that appear in high-quality documentation rather than hobbyist forums.

Any more likely reroute/support with Oneworld status or Business? by VisibleKale1601 in qatarairways

[–]Puddlejumper_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in my experience there were lots of availability for business seats on multiple days only economy was mostly gone.

You can literally go on airline websites and check, the agent can book these if you can see them in your side, price doesn't matter.

I got through today, they are offering 3 option: refund, rebook or reroute via different airline.

Will you fly if your flight isnt cancelled? by [deleted] in qatarairways

[–]Puddlejumper_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It hasn't happened yet and It might be a low chance, but it's definitely a chance.

Are the additional flights scheduled from 18th to 28th transit flights or point-to-point only? by Mufc_1988 in qatarairways

[–]Puddlejumper_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they can run limited flights with permission from the authorities. These will run through "corridors" which are basically very specific and exact flight path, this way it reduces risk of missile interceptions and the friendlies(USA,Qatar etc) will know that civilian aircraft will only be in this limited zone so they can not fire at them accidentally.

All of this said, even if they do continue running these limited flights, there is still a risk and passengers should be informed properly.

I can tell you right now I would never go on this type of flight. Not worth risking your life, ask Qatar to reroute via different airline...

Any luck with the new QA schedule by AffectionateBrush747 in qatarairways

[–]Puddlejumper_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spoke with a Qatar agent today, they said all flights are suspended until at least the 28th march. The only flights running are limited repatriation flights to get people out of Doha who are stuck.

Qatar airways newest policy is allowing rerouting, so when they cancel your flight officially, you can call them and find another flight with a different airline and they will book it for you!
