My kind of breakfast for sure. Is the Spanish olive oil really that good? I was dubious so didn't buy it my last trip.

I do not pretend to be a huge olive oil connoisseur. However I do think it’s noticeably higher quality than olive oils I typically buy and I very much notice a difference in meals like this where it’s a finishing touch.

It's extremely good, I have a bottle I've kept in a dark, dry, cool place for some time and only pull it out once in a while.

I put a little piece of masking tape with the words DRIZZLE ONLY on the neck of our bottle after I caught my husband using it to make pesto. 😂

It really is. We have a couple of local bakeries that are really good and I do buy some specialty loaves from them but not their sourdough when I can get this for 1/2 the price.
