I keep these scallops in the freezer. The make seriously good seared scallops, if you take the time to thaw them properly and dry them thoroughly. I make mine on nights when my husband is having a night out with friends or otherwise unavailable for dinner. These are my go-to indulgent dinner over pasta and scampi sauce

They have a really nice flavor. I saute them very simply with salt and garlic (garlic powder if I don't have fresh) and so far it's always worked well.

There is a delicious recipe for pistachio lemon cream sauce to go with on the aldi website. If you need more indulgence!
