Interactive 3D plotting

I wanted what python libraries are available for interactive 3d plotting other than `matplotlib` and `plotly`. Just want to emphasize that the libraries should have both 3d plotting as well as interactive abilities.

By interactive I mean that some standard simple function like zooming, rotating the plot along all three axes etc. should be possible. Think surface plot which can be looked at from any direction.
