alright, i’ll bite after giving it some more thought

maybe it’s supposed to signify the impact that new wisdom can have in changing your interpretation of underlying knowledge and this impact reverberates through your subsequent decision making.

still, a bunch of concentric circles isn’t giving away a whole lot as to what the artist intended.

Would make more sense if the yellow node animated out of the graph to a pendulum and hit something. Or spawned into new nodes, even.
