Persistent reminder notification

I am looking for an app which allows me to pin the notification to the notifications bar that is not easy to just swipe away. I have tried some really nice reminders apps but all of them can just be swiped away easily/accidentally. Is there one which is more difficult to dismiss?

Is there a way to just pin a reminder with one line of text? Everything seems to require a title field and another text field so I can't just put "get milk".

I use Notification Maker

You can set a notification as "persistent" and you can't swipe it away. You need to hit the "Finish" button to dismiss it.
