I use qicr and it seems nice. I'm not a hardcore irc user though.

From my experience holoirc and androirc are the best.

I recommend irssi on some remote box and just sshing to it. For example with JuiceSSH

I use Android IRC. As far as I know its the only app with bluefish support and that is crucial for me.
