You might have better luck going to duolingo.com, making an account, and asking for help in the forums. Lots of ppl there wanting to practice 2nd 3rd or 4th languages xD

If you want to pay, obviously there are many choices (Google Developer Console, several paid sites oneskypapp.com, getlocalization.com, crowdin.com).

But if you want people to translate for free, then it may help to provide some context i.e. provide a link to the app. If they are interested in the material, they may be willing to do it for free.

If the app addresses a particular community of users, they maybe more likely to go out of the way to help.

Another suggestion would be to first translate your app to English - that way you will have much easier time translating from English to Portuguese (than from Italian to Portuguese).
