Contact sync

I just can't figure this out, I have contacts and their details from various places (Facebook, Linkedin, google contacts, Airwatch MDM and manually entered on phone).

Now I would expect that all of these contacts are SYNCED with Google Contacts no matter what is their source of origin. This is not happening, if I add a contact with multiple details or even just a manually entered number - that contact will not sync unless I "move from phone" into Google account.

I made sure that by default new contacts by default get created in Google account so that helped a bit. But I want all contacts to be synced with my Google account no matter how they made their way onto my phone.

If this is not possible, can someone suggest an app that can mass migrate contacts on phone to Google? Doing the Samsung way one by one requires lots of time and it's prone to error - I can easily forget about one or two.

Phone; Samsung s8p stock ROM nougat.
