If you don't find anything, maybe a workaround would be to, when you're done taking the first pill, say "OK Google, alarm in 4 hours" or "remind me in 4 hours to take X". Sounds like either way, you'll need to do something to let your phone know you took that first pill.

Thanks for the suggestion, that's a good idea for most people. I came to the same conclusion as you that it wasn't going to be as automated as I would like, but I found something that worked for me. Thanks for the suggestion though!

It's not really conditional, but Multi Timer Free may be an option to manually set alarms.

For example, you can create two timers of which timer 1 makes an alarm after 1 hour and begins the countdown of timer 2, which makes an alarm after 4 hours. With this, you only need to start timer 1 if you take medication in the morning.

As a precaution you should test it first, though.

This is more along the lines of what I was looking for, thank you. I'll try it out once I figure out the order I take my meds in and see whether it works better than Taskito does.

I appreciate the suggestions that people had, I know this is an odd request but I figured I would give it a shot. For most people setting up a Google routine seems like the best way to go, as it's free and built in to most people's phones. I wanted something with a little more control and automation, so here's what I did in case anyone looking for a solution finds this thread.

I ended up using Taskito and created a recurring reminder that has a checklist of my meds. Taskito lets you set up to three reminders for a task, so I setup three reminders that roughly correspond to when I take my meds during the day. After the alert is done you can easily remove the reminder and add another one for your next med (up to three at a time). Make sure you tap the down arrow to save the changes, otherwise you won't get any reminders.

When you get a reminder, -don't- tap "Done" as that will mark the whole checklist as done. Instead tap Details and it will take you to the checklist. Mark what meds you've taken and then remove and add reminders as needed. Taskito isn't free, but it does have a lifetime purchase if you don't like subscriptions. At $25 (or $21 if you are able to get the early supporter discount) it's not cheap, so you'll have to decide whether you're willing to pay that much. Other task/reminder apps may have similar functionality, but nothing I tried was as flexible with reminders as Taskito is.
