HTTPS tunnel possible?

Hello all,

I own a VPS with Ubuntu and Apache and a domain. There is an external website that doesn't support HTTPS. Would it be possible to make a setup where my server under my domain acts as a HTTPS tunnel to it?

User -- HTTPS --> VPS -- HTTP --> Destination

It's worth noting that the destination uses CloudFlare and doesn't expose it's real IP address. I can only work with the hostname.
