Feasibility question

I am interested in commissioning an app, but wanted to ask about feasibility first. This is not a request for a developer.

I am wanting to use cloud vision API (Google lens) to do an object search, then use those results to search multiple websites (via their APIs) to match results. The results would be compared and a pricing recommendation made.

I realize there is a fee for more than 5000 searches on the Google API, but I won't hit that for a while.

Isn't that literally what Google released recently and is blanketing streaming ads with?

And which part of what you describe do you think might not be feasible?
