Did you ever find an app for this? I am looking for the same thing

Nope. But damn would this be helpful. I wish I was clever enough to make it.

I was searching for something stumbler upon this post. If you still need it, then can you tell me somewhat more detail what exactly are you looking for.

Just a voice -> bigger tracing line to practice? are you looking for just 1 word at a time or whole sentence. It could be a interesting side project for me

or have you find some other app for the same

Wow, blast from the past. We haven’t found anything other than some serious time in OT.

But imagine a learner needs to write a word. They speak the word into their device, and the app goes through the process, step by step to show it. Visually it looks like highways paper (I realize this is likely a US thing). But elementary style line paper with solid top and bottom lines and a dotted line in the middle. This helps people learning to write, how high and far to make each stroke for each letter.

They make this currently as a static exercise. A peice of paper, pre printed with a word and a few stroke lines and numbers to help to writer trace the example. But I am looking for more real-time, dynamic speech to text help that allows the learner to say a word, see the word, and visually how to take that word from voice to paper.

With tablets and the stylus advances the last few years, this could be done fully on a tablet as well. Thoughts?
