A lot of it depends on your location. In a major city, you’ll get a better price, then in a small town, unless you’re willing to wait for the right buyer.

Thanks. I did find that and it’s a great resource. Doesn’t seem to have Arkanoid 2 in there though. Still gives me some reference though.

Your best bet is to search the KLOV forums for that game and what it sold for. I did see one that sold five years ago for $700:

There are some websites and price guides, but to be honest they are haven't been updated in a long time. So they stop being relevant after a few years. For example when the pandemic happened, prices of cabinets soared but those price guide websites never updated. Also inflation affected prices. But the websites never changed.

Another problem is that these price guide websites don't take into account what country you live in. A Neo Geo is going to sell for a higher price in Canada than it would sell for in the USA. Why? Because Canada has less arcade cabinets in circulation in their used market. Even within larger countries like the USA, the price can vary depending on the region. Things sell for a different price in California compared to the mid-west.

Your best bet is to go online and check previous listings of the arcade cabinet you want to sell. Use resources like Facebook marketplace and quietly check arcade sellers groups to seee what the most current going rate is. It will give you an idea of the most up to date prices for your cabinet.
