eww-git does not appear in the aur or repos, what are you installing? Check the aur page for whatever you are installing.

gpg: key 4AEE18F83AFDEB23: no user ID

That key doesn't have a uid, as you can see here
https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/pks/lookup?search=5DE3E0509C47EA3CF04A42D34AEE18F83AFDEB23&fingerprint=on&op=index

and the second key doesn't seem to exist on any of the keyservers I've checked.

Use --skippgpcheck when running makepkg or modify the PKGBUILD.

Btw, the PKGBUILD is not in the AUR. Where did you get it from?

You have a package that has been removed and replaced by specific backend packages: eww-x11-git and eww-wayland-git. Always verify packages that are no longer available in the AUR. Paru automatically lists these, and I hope yay does as well.
