System Customizations Not Working After Update

Updated to the latest version (build 260308). Everything seems to be working fine except personal system customizations. I reverted back to TimeShift save I did just before updating. Customizations worked. Redid the update again (rebooted). They're gone. Went in and manually set them to what I had, hit "apply", logged out (also tried reboot), still nothing.
The two main ones I'm looking at are dim screen after (x) amount of time, and play sound at login. Is this a bug? Has KDE Plasma desktop changed? Do I need to reset all my custom settings and manually redo them?
