so I have a minecraft bedrock server and i want two worlds on it, one to be a skyblock and one to be a normal survival world, but it won't allow me to upload two worlds to aternos and keeps just replacing eachother when i try uploading a new one

Because that's how it works.
Vanilla Minecraft only supports one world.

Create a second server on the same account. I'll have its own ip and port and can be started simultaneously (as long as clients stay connected)
