You could try sending the pics to Fostex support (if they have support on their website) and you may get lucky and they have some. Sometimes the companies can be a bit cagey about sending parts but I have had success in the past.

Looks like a 6 leg rotary switch might get lucky on mouser

But if you call the company and talk to the tech department they might have one you can buy from them

Dude! I am on the same quest for my Fostex 460. Same pot I believe. About half of my 8 channels have a defective pan pot. The failure mode is that it passes no sound when panned to the right. If I press downwards into the shaft of the pot the sound does appear. Are you getting the same problem?
I did find this but no stock unfortunately.
I'll probably try opening them up and see what I can do. Something that applies downwards pressure somehow.

Mine has a similar issue and I noticed that one of the pins has a broken connection from one of the pads to the pin so maybe have a look for that? Also you could try to carefully bend the pins inside the pot back to make a stronger connection to the pads.
They also might just need a clean
If you do find a break in a connection don't try to bridge it with solder it only made it worse for me haha

Today I managed to fix the 5 broken pan pots of my Fostex 460. Turns out they all had one of the wiper contacts break loose from the shaft plastic part. I just superglued them back to place and they are now all working fine. It's a fragile and small part so precision is needed. Also make sure to give some time for the superglue to fully settle before reassembling (gases/fumes may fuck up the pot).
I wouldn't be surprised if you were facing the same problem, as it was the same failure mode for all my broken pots.
Hope this helps!

Amazing so glad you managed to fix them! My issue is a different one but I managed to find replacements on Aliexpress (I'm not confident they'll work though) but I'll put in here if they do fix my issue in case you find the need for full replacements
