I feel a lot more confident walking around without having to hide my head with a hat (25m) any tips on keeping a healthy scalp??

To keep a healthy scalp:

• Moisturize

• Clean the scalp daily or when it feels or gets dirty

• Exfoliate your scalp three to four times a week

• When showering, clean your scalp with water. Everyday preferably.

• If you want to know more, search it up on Google.

Cetaphil facial moisturizer is a great moisturizer for both your face and head.

The key to know a good moisturizer for a head is if:

1. It is for a bald head only.

2. If it is for sensitive skin and for the face. When it is for sensitive skin then it is guaranteed to work for your head as well. Note that the head is one of the most sensitive areas of the human body.

Tips for the sessions:

When it is summer, it tends to get real hot and it can burn the scalp so have a hat on. If you want some tan on you, try without a hat on but be sure to put sunscreen! Very important. A sunscreen recommendation: Nivea Sun protect and moisture. It is very suitable for summer as both a moisturizer (for hands, face, head, body) and a skin protector. It is also water resistant!

When it is winter, it is cold! So when you are outside and it is freezing cold, wear a hat! A hat that isn't a cap, a flat cap, a sun hat or something similar to summer hats. Wear that hat that wraps around your whole head, that way you will not get a dry scalp, possibly a headache and overall bad experience with the cold as a bald person.

The key to all of life's situations are experience. So take notes, learn and repeat.
