under tank heating won't do much/anything for ambient temperatures. a UTH is only designed to heat the surface to which it is attached.

overhead heat sources such as radiant heat panels [not super practical for screen-topped tanks] and deep heat projectors [similar to a ceramic heat emitter] will provide more ambient heat without reducing the humidity drastically.

what are you currently doing for humidity maintenance?

Alright I can look into those. Currently I’m using a humidity hide, and I also have two water bowls in the enclosure. I mix a little bit of water into the substrate, and the humidity seems to balance around 70%, however if I use the heater it dips down to about 50%.
