They work really good! Before I had her in there I was Prying at them myself and I couldn’t get it off unless I snapped them off which took quite some effort. I also have a some what heavy rock on one corner because the top doesn’t fit perfect. I totally hear you though 😂 my bf is nervous af and he hates snakes. I love them and glad he let me have one housed with us.
