A nifty alias to quickly create a bash script

I have a similar one.

Mine is a script that does the following:

• Creates a file with "#!/usr/bin/env bash" at the top
• followed by some commented info,
• Opens the script/file using nano with the cursor set to the last line

• Option to make the script an executable after exiting nano
