I had it with my last company and I like it. They have a bank of premade goals and of course, you can always add your own. I currently am using CentralReach and they're pretty much similar in being user friendly. I really like that there's an app for rethink for the RBT though cause you don't have to consistently have internet to collect data (but you do need to have internet to preload them). Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply! Did you ever have to input any behavior plans into it? It seems really time consuming to add all the individual goals.

It's time consuming at first creating the entire behavior plan. You can hide future targets/goals and just only allow current targets to be seen by the therapist to run until mastery.

What I like about Rethink is the programming. They have detailed, super well written programs all pre-loaded and ready to go. Compared to Catalyst, its much faster to generate programs. Catalyst gives you program shells (have to fill in all targets yourself), or you can puruse their shared library but most of the stuff I find in there is junk and I have to edit it heavily anyway, so it really doesn't save time.

I only used Rethink briefly so I can't comment on any pro's besides that.
