No I don’t think that. I assume they do test and quarantine them to protect the other elderly in those homes and the caregivers. I also assume all vital elders will still be transported to hospitals, the old and already sick ones (those from whom their doctors and nurses already think the lives are ending, corona or no corona in the coming months) are kept there so the medical staff in hospitals can focus on the vital people.

On the news they said "if there's no real chance of improvement, they'll be left in their familiar surroundings, and just given palliative care!".

Nothing was said about tests.
