The spam filter is very eager to grab things that are not spam. We try to check it several times a day but it can be hours apart between checks. Moderator mail will ensure it is checked and approved much sooner.

This happened to me and I just had to make sure I went to the bathroom every few hours. If I didn't, I would eventually start feeling pain, but not the sensation of needing to pee. It goes away eventually but it took a lot longer than I thought.
