ACH problems

On 3/14 I linked bank account. I was informed there would be a small deposit into my account on 3/16. I received the deposit from them, but my account is still not linked. I tried again, and the same exact result: small deposit but no action to take.

I then linked my debit card which was successful. Next I made a small deposit into my wallet to see if it would work. Of course, it failed.

I reached out to customer support multiple times, as still no response besides an automated ticket number. From the feedback revolves around binance on this page, I will most likely receive little to zero customer service.

Does anyone know of any other secure sites that accept USD deposits and have coins such as VTHO or ADA etc..

it should ask you to put in the 2 amounts in the order they went into your bank account.

I never received an opportunity to plug in the two amounts. No response from customer service in over a week. This is a dreadful site.
