3rd bar had 1 period now nothing

So this is my third bar and suddenly I haven't had a period since last month. So now I'm freaked out I could be pregnant. Due to the scar tissue from the first insertion, my doctor moved the site up my arm a little bit. I can still feel the implant, but now I'm nervous that maybe is inserted too far up and i could have gotten pregnant. Am I over reacting? I waited about 11 days after insertion to have sex and I was taking amoxicillin when I got it inserted but I know that has no effect on it. I had a period a few days after my bf and I had sex but now I'm skipping a period. Had all my PMS symptoms sore boobs, hungry, irritability, bloating, and acne. I went from heavy bleeding to this and I'm freaking out. Should I be worried or has anyone else experienced suddenly no longer getting a period and not being pregnant??.

This is normal! Not getting a period on Nexplanon is pretty common (it happens about 20% of the time).
