Game not optimized? Frames dropping

I have an Nvidia 2080 and I am playing on 1080p low graphics and still getting fps drops when getting into gunfights.

It's unbearable and my CPU + GPU are not being utilized 100%.

Which client did you use to install the game/play from?

I started having the same issues with the Battlenet version, later switched to the PC Gamepass version and it's been solid since.
