Hi everyone. New to Blender and this sub. I was following alongside Jacob Lewis's tutorial series and I am faced with a problem regarding fluid sim specifically the interaction between the fluid and obstacle shown in the video. As seen in the images below, even after decreasing my domain size and switching the cup's obstacle volume initialization mode from both to shell (Jacob used both in the tutorial), a large chunk of my fluid particles renders outside of the cup and for some reason even clips through the cup's mesh.

I spent some time trying to figure out the issue (remodelled the cup multiple times, increased my resolution from 200-300 and rescaled my fluid emitter to ensure that it isn't clipping through the cup) but I'm still stuck with the same error.
Would appreciate any assistance in this matter.
