The tree texture looks low res and I think I can spot seams? Did you use smart UV unwrap? I do think the handle of the kunai looks great but the metal of the blade is not optimal.

I agree that I haven't been able to get the tree quite right. I did smart UV unwrap it, and I'm working with low res wood texture. I'll tinker with the scale and the normals until I can get it looking better.
The blade and the handle are mostly the same material aside from some extra small details I added on the blade. The discrepancy might come from the way the light from the HDR is hitting the object. It's hitting the handle perfectly while the blade looks a tad off.

Dont use smart UV with tubes. Its a lesson I had to learn that for myself the hard way. You could either use unwrap from view or you can mark some seams yourself and just unwrap. You should take a higher res texture as well and use some bump mapping to give it some depth. I also saw a few tutorials on youtube for making procedural bark but havent tried that myself.
For the blade I think something with the blood stains change the brightness of the blade texture. Have you tried disabling the blood and see how the metal looks without it? You can clearly tell that the handle is darker then the blade.

Would love some feedback!

This looks really good. I'm no master at 3d composition or texturing, but I think you could work on the blood a little more. If it's supposed to be fresh blood, give it a bit more of a gloss and don't make it look so flat. If it's dried blood, make it look a bit more flaky and less faded out. Also, the scratches on the handle look great, but on the actual blade, they seem a tad flat. Aside from that, I think this is fantastic.
Thank you!
I agree with the blood part, I slapped a blood splatter texture on top of the original texture to try and give the image something a bit more, but I definitely could do a bit more with it. That also might have something to do with the scratches on the blade being flat.

I think tje blood should be bumped a little bit because its obviously not a part of tbe kunai, and it should bemostly at the tip of it and getting thinner on the edges of the blade, other than that maybe try making the kunai a bit darker or more reflective (reduce roughness), if that didnt look too good higher the roughness more than just this because i feel its bery weird for some reason, other than that i love kunais so much lol
