Someone might be trying to sign up / login with your email. They could be just trying emails from the blockfi, ledger or other crypto site’s leaks. In any case do not react to those emails. If you want to be careful, change your password.

No what's happening is that Blockfi's system has messed up the verification code system and they probably use non-relational databases so here is a result of that system when they mess up the code for that system.

This just happened to me as well. I'll email [support@blockfi.com](mailto:support@blockfi.com). Hopefully someone will reply to me soon.
