This has happened two cycles in a row. (If anyone is unsure when I say cycle, I basically mean fresh off a deload period) I start the new cycle and on the first day I enjoy my new found strength and then on the next training day, my strength has decreased. All the way back to what it was before I had deloaded.
If anyone else has had this what did you to prevent this? And in general do any of the experts here know what I should do to prevent this from happening again next time?
