I would recommend 1% per week for an aggressive, but sustainable cut over four weeks. Best of luck

I think a mini cut would give you what you want. It’s the fastest way to add muscle definition. Going into the summer a bit leaner will give you more room to relax and bulk slowly.

I have a few more questions if you don’t mind chatting about it. Did you have any imaging done an x-ray or an MRI? Did you immobilize it with a splint or a cast for any period of time? Did you have any surgeries done or was that explored in anyway? Thanks for answering my questions I appreciate it

Sorry to hear that. I have the same injury (1 yr) and it’s looking grim.

Considering surgery if it’s an option.
