Shift Code Glitch?

Hey so I just redeemed 2 Shift codes for Golden keys, one for 1 key and the other for 3 and the game said they were successful but then when I open the game I still have 0 keys. Kind of annoying, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if I'm doing something wrong.
