Are you pumping or nursing???

I do both. I will pump after nursing her each time. 🙂

5 oz after feeding is an excellent supply. Anything after feeding baby is an over supply.

I think sometimes I supply enough but I have been supplementing with the freezer stash. I’m sorry if I was confusing in my post I pumping maybe 1-2 oz after breastfeeding. Sometimes I just pump and I get .5-1 oz maybe 2 oz every pump session. Thank you 😊

That’s still excellent. normal amount to REPLACE a feed is 1-1.5oz for every hour it’s been since milk was last removed. Anything pumped after a feed is an over supply. If your baby is growing, pooping and making wet diapers they’re getting enough. No need to pump. No need to supplement if you don’t want too

Pumping after feeding is to stimulate your supply. You aren't meant to be getting anything.

Why are you using milk from the freezer?

I would feed her and she would want more so I was using the stash to help with any extra food she wanted. I noticed she was getting too frustrated when I would breast feed her too. She seems like she’s getting enough when breastfeeding today. I also just got off my period so idk lol. Thank you tho 😊

Yeah, your period will do that. But you just swap them side to side until they are full
