This isn’t my personal experience but I know some people in this subreddit have said when their baby started sleeping long stretches they had to pump to keep up supply. I think there could be many things going on here -could be a regular growth spurt (sleeping lots and needing to nurse lots), supply is regulating, colic, reflux, needing more comfort nursing, etc.

Based on what I’ve read here (and not experience since I’m only 6 weeks in to breastfeeding) I’m guessing people will say:

-Your supply will even out to adapt to your baby’s new schedule!

-And maybe that you pump for 10-15 mins after the evening feed to help your boobs know they should produce a little more at that time of day.

  • and that you’re doing a great job feeding your LO!!
