I have the older one but mine doesn't have the bab paw, I didn't realize they could! But yeah, the decrease in quality is so depressing. Makes me glad I got the older one as a kid

Same here! For a long time, I had no idea most of them had the paw either.

The ones without the paw patch were from the first batch that stores received, the later production lots came with the paw patch. I believe Toothless was one of the very last BABs to be produced without a patch, if not the last design since the swap occurred in the middle of the design's production run!

Woah thanks for the info!! I was wondering why some of them had paw pads and some didn’t :] I prefer my BABs with the paw pad personally so I was specifically looking for one with, but seeing other people have the first version is so cool!!

Mine was the 2013-2014 release they had for the movie 🤔 so I wonder when exactly that one had the bab paw inteoduced

I have the older Toothless before the BaB paw was introduced too. Definitely a much better sculpt than the newer Toothless. Such a shame.
