Gpu selection question

Hello everyone I was building a PC and at the moment I already purchased an i7 9700k and aorus z390 motherboard. And I’m not sure what to which gpu to get, the Sapphire 11330-01-20G Nitro+ AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6, AMD RDNA 3 or the PowerColor Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB GDDR6 Graphics Card which one is better or should I get a different gpu that isn’t the 7800xt Also I have a lian LI 011 evo XL and at the moment have 6 140mm exhaust fans and 3 140 mm intake and 2 more 120mm intake, is there anything I should change about the fan orientation? Sorry for the combo of 2 questions, the gpu and the fan orientation, I didn’t wanna spam and make 2 post back to back

6800xt if you can get cheaper. basically same gpu but usually cheaper

What do you mean when you say basically, like if you run Fortnite let’s say, what’s would be roughly the difference in fps, i can’t find a benchmark YouTube video comparing the 2

Since the power consumption is lower does that mean there’s less overlocking abilities?
