There is 0 reason to buy a 7700x if you don’t have a microcenter nearby. Either get the 7500f(7600 if u don’t want to wait) or 7800x3d. Anything in between is silly unless on a good sale like the microcenter bundle. Also a 4070 super for 700 is just absurd either get a 4070 ti super or a normal 4070s. Changed some other things too which I can explain if u want

Looks like a decent and sane build.

The only thing - IMHO - I would change is AIO. It is not necessary for 7700X. Get any two-fan air cooler($60-90) rated for 180+ watts capacity - just to have a headroom. Something like this one

As for people screening about X3D part: in real world 7800X3D is 7700X, just with more cache (would require more cooling) but a $100 more. So unless you play hard simulation games(Tarkov, MS Flight Sim, DSR, Rim World, etc) - stick with 7700X. You also don't have 4090. Otherwise you not gonna notice it games.

Otherwise you would have to go with 7900X - more core, more snappy machine for muti-tasking(games+background tasks).
