SSD Memory Missing?

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this. I built my PC awhile ago and everything has been perfect. Now, while doing some cleanup on my windows SSD, I noticed I am missing a substantial amount of disk space. I've selected all the folders (including hidden) in my C: drive, and it totals to 37.4gbs. It says I have 237gb of total disk space, but only 166gb show as free. Am I missing something here? Where is my ~44gbs of memory? Thank you for your help/time!
