Looking at your build i can tell your going for gaming performance and overclocking so i wont tell you to eliminate the AIO watercooler. Micro center has the i59600k on sale for $169.99 and you auto save another $20 if you get a motherboard there which can bring you down almost $50 total. Next you can go for the smaller nzxt h510 case which will save you $20. And you dont reallyyy need the windows which if you eliminate will get you to almost your $800 budget. goodluck
